Founded in 1997, HTC built its reputation as the behind-the-scenes designer and manufacturer of many of the most popular OEM-branded mobile devices on the market.
Beginning in 2006, HTC began introducing a portfolio of mobile devices under their own brand, including includes smartphones and tablets powered by the Android or Windows Phone operating systems.
With widespread success and deserved critical acclaim HTC rebranded themselves as company that let their customers guide their innovation and design. HTC insists on seeing through the eyes of their user community, empowering customers through personal experience. With the explosively popular “You” campaign came the desire to create a website that honored the commitment of HTC to let the customers be the guide.
Partnering with Deutsch, one of the most well-respected and successful advertising and HTC’s digital agency of record, they set out to create a user experience and visual design for a website that reflected HTC as a leader in innovation and user-friendly technology.
Dustland Media was selected to complete the front end development of this new creative design and CMS implementation.
